Screen Preview Doesn't Work

Hello!
I recently installed PowerChurch 11.5, and I can't seem to get the screen preview option in the Reports - Contributions section to work. The information will print, but it will not appear on the screen, I seem to go into limbo and I have to shut everything down.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

this is unusual .. however, some additional information would help ...

1. What version of Windows are you using?
2. Did you upgrade from a previous version ??
3. Did you allow the installer to use the default directory that it suggested (C:\Powerchurch\PCPLUS115) ??
4. Are you networked, and if so, is this happening on all computers??
5. Have you installed the latest Maintenance Release ??

That said, my initial suggestion is to try to reinstall the program, then install the latest MR. However, I'll wait until your reply to give you any additional suggestions.

1. I'm using Windows 7

I was able to download the latest MR for Powerchurch 11.5, by using explorer and not Firefox, however I still have the same problem. Information will not appear on screen.

OK .. did it install OK ?? You'll know when you're in the program, and go to the help menu, and select 'about powerchurch', the second tab will show the date of the program, if its not dated April 2012, then it didn't install correctly.

Find the file you downloaded then click on it to do install over again.

If that don't work, this may be something that you need to call Support directly on, as I've not been able to find anything about your sort of problem on the forum.
