Quarterly Statement Printing Problem

Postby sgcathedral » Thu Apr 12, 2012 11:12 am

We are trying to print out our quarterly statements for the members of our church and when we print them, the contributions and fund summary show the proper amount but the faith promise summary seems to be missing the first two weeks of January. We have no idea why and it's only showing up with the people who have Faith Promises.

Is there any way to fix this? Because we need to get these mailed out and don't want to go through highlighting and writing notes explaining that the amount is incorrect without an explanation as to why.

Try running the Search For Contributions Not Applied To A Pledge utility from under the Contributions menu. It will look through all the contributions history and compare to the pledge history and show you a list of contributions that line up with a pledge but are not applied.

We've already done that and it still isn't working when we try to print it out. Right now we tried to print out a few of the statements and it's printing the entire church's out without any of the fund amounts on it.

When you entered the faith promises, what start date did you use. It's possible that if they were entered after the year started, you might have used the current date as the start date which might have missed the first two Sunday's of the month. Check the dates used on your faith promise data.
