Our time off is based on the anniversary of employment year instead of the calendar year. When the new anniversary of employment rolls around the employee earns more time off hours.
PowerChurch appears to apply time off earned based on calendar year.
ex: employee took 1 vacation hour on 5/20
employee eared 6 hours on 5/22 based on anniversary
Balance vacation time 5 hours on Time Off Report.
Is there a way to change this to the employees anniversary so that it will reflect 6 hours based on the new cycle?
Thanks!

Re: Time Off Tracking based on Anniversary year
This report asks for a date range (which defaults to Year To Date). If you want to run it for one employee's anniversary date to anniversary date, you can do so, just choose "Defined range" from the drop down list and enter the range of dates.
Re: Time Off Tracking based on Anniversary year
I ran the report for anniversary date 5/22/12 and instead of showing the new balance of 6 hours it shows balance of 5 hours. (One hour was used on 5/20/12.) Am I doing something wrong? Thanks,

Re: Time Off Tracking based on Anniversary year
Did the person have 6 hours carrying forward from their last anniversary, or not?
If you haven't entered that, then when they took the 1 hour earlier this month, that would have left them with a balance of -1 hours available. Adding 6 new hours would have given then an ending balance of 5.
