I think going forward I will continue to save these files in PDF format. If anyone knows of any issues with this please chime in.

I have also found out that there is another good reason to save the files in PDF format. They can not easily be changed by anyone so the reports are secure.

I ran the one for Word. Instantly the errors were fixed and I didn't have to get into the registry.
I don't know if these are the same files shown in the Knowledge base but I'm much happier now. If someone needs these files, contact me.
