Fatal Error: Exception code=C0000005 (Roaming Profiles)

Some folks are experiencing this error when starting PowerChurch Plus v9 & 10. We've traced this back to an issue involving Roaming Profiles on a Domain in Windows 2003SBS, XP, 2000.
