Our printer has 4 interior trays for stock paper, plus a bypass tray that is pulled out from the side for printing on special paper - like check stock. Check to see if the year for that payroll was mistakenly set as 2018. We've made that mistake before in a January past.

I will try limiting the messages to 15 every five minutes and report back. If that "fixes" the problem, I will contact my IP and see if they have any suggestions to really fix it.

Is this the 01/09/12 MR that you are talking about? The information listed for that update in the MR forum does not mention correcting group email issues.

If you are using Version 10.x, this was fixed in the MR dated 01/09/12.
