I would love some idea om why we had two different computers with different numbers. We're running PC on our NAS Server with 3 computers feeding from it. I'm back with previous issue. Restored data and the files did not show to be posted. But they still appear under the "modify unposted files." For some reason they appear but can't get to them to delete them. It's like they are gone but, they are not. Baffled

Deletion of old Data
I backed up my program and deleted everything up to Jan. 2018.
I still have 2010 to 2017 files when I go to modify unposted data, I don't know why and how to get ride of those files.

We the Eastern Star Baptist Church is attempting to get our ten workers access to Power Church 11.5 and are trying to determine if we can run the software on a NAS Hard Drive or will we have to obtain Server Capability?

We will try this suggestion on tommorow. Is there any other way to retrieve infomation from the acct was deleted? If so what must we do to get past this juncture?

When the posting repost is printed the funds show up. Bur displays an error when we attempt to close. Since we deleted the acct. from our chart of accounts we can find the funds to erase them. The other income with those months do not post either because the funds fir the DVD's is a part of the mont...

Group vs Detail Error
We wanted to account for our sales of DVD's so we created a Group Acct under Income to account for our actions. What we failed to do was create a Detail account under the Group, so the money for 3 months was posed under the group acct. When we went to close the months we received an error naturally....

Thank you so much for the response, I'll go to Accounting and post again. We're using PC version 11. It was is in Income as a group acct. and has 3 months income credited to it.

Correcting Group & Detail error
Please help us correct an error in our system. We made a group acct. for DVD's and Videos and posted money to it. We then deleted the group acct. before transferring the money to the new detail acct.
NOW, we can close the months or figure out how to move the money from that group acct.

Moving a profile
The problem that I am having is moving to sons who just got married from under their Fathers profile as a family member.
Is it possible to move them as a separate Family of their own and keep their contributions with them?
