I want to run a report from the Membership module using only profile first and last name and notes.
My notes are not showing up in the report - all cells are blank.
Any suggestions?

I read some place that the Event Calendar in V10 can be used to post to our web site but now cannot find the instructions on how to do it.

If my understanding is correct in V9, custom reports are not backed up and then restored. I do membership date on my computer and the administrator does the accounting functions. When we restore our files, it does not carry the customr reports. What is the best method to use so that the custom repor...

We are now receiving on-line checks from banks; however, the check number is too large to fit in the check number field - currently set for 6 digits. Is there a way to expand this field?

What is your suggestion for archieving data? We want to remove people from PC, having PC contain only active members/visitors. I understand that PC does not have an archiving capability - do you have a suggestion on what to do?

Through Maintain Personal Profiles Screen

We are adding e-mail address for numerous people. Is there a way to have a screen whereby only 3 fields are showing, first name, last name and e-mail address then do the entry on that screen? It would save so much time.

What is the secret to exporting accounting reports to excel so that numbers have value instead of becoming text? I know after the report is opened in Exel I can manually convert the numbers from text to value. Did a miss a minor, yet critical, step that will export numbers as having value?

Is there a way to have a system date field on the Family & Personal Screen? I want to have a field labeled "updated". Have the system date automatically put in a date when I open that record and save with the record until I have to edit it again.
