Is there any way to carry over unused funds by chart of account number when starting a new year. For instance, Fund 01 would like to budget $200/year for projector bulbs. As these bulbs only get replaced about every 4 years @ $800, they'd like to budget some $$ each year so when it's time to replace...

Can someone explain exactly when the transfer accounts (both income & expense) should be used? Also, please give an example. We have about 90 funds and I transfer money from one to the other fairly frequently.

That's the problem -- we use ~90 different funds so the money is held throughout all these funds.

Can anyone give me tips on how to handle transfers between several bank accounts in PC? I'd like to keep the bulk of the funds in an account that earns more interest and then simply transfer to my "Working account" as needed. Help! Is there someone who can give me direction on setting up payroll and tax withholdings to the correct accounts? I'm having trouble getting them set up right. Also, what accounts do I debit and which ones do I credit when paying the liabilities? Thanks much!
