Perhaps a dumb question but how do you do "Move the spouse under that mailing list record"? I have same situation with both under the same family mailing record but separate personal profiles, each with different envelopes.

Can you inactivate a vendor that you no longer use without deleting it so that it does not appear on the Vendor Directory ?

Well, that's what I thought but I have a few numbers that are not included in the export file and I cannot figure out why. I've looked at their personal profiles, family membership, etc. and I can't find an answer.

Sounds to me like mom is actually giving the daughter a gift which, as long as its less than $12,000 or so per year, does not pose any tax issue. The dependency issue is a much broader discussion.

My Version 10 shows that I can Reassign an Envelope Number but not a Fund Number. I don't seem to have that ability. Reassigning a Fund Number would be easy.
