You are not really paying for it twice because you were not out any cash at the time of the loan. You would record the fees to an expense now and when you pay down the loan you will only record the interest as an expense. The principle portion of your payments will not be recorded to an expense.

Payroll Beginning Balances
We are starting to use PC for the first time. Can someone tell me where you go to enter the employees YTD payroll information before we start processing payroll on PC. I'm assuming you can do this since it would be necessary for future payroll tax reports and W-2 at year end.
