posting contributions
I'm SUPER new to all this, so this might be a dumb question. The old secretary has several contributions that are unposted. When I go to post contributions, they will just all post, right? Then in funds accounting, I can post them separately so each posting matches each deposit slip? And if I have 2...

Also having trouble downloading Maintenance Release
I am also having trouble downloading the maintenance release! I get the following error: file access is denied c:\programfiles\powerchurch\pcplus115\pcp115mr.exe. We recently got a new computer, and this is the first time I've tried downloading a maintenance release. Is something set up wrong? Lorisa

Re: Incorrect State W/h amt on W2
Ha! thanks! I meant 2011
So, if I do post just in payroll, it won't affect any of my inc/exp #'s from last year? Just want to make sure because I really don't want to have to redo everything! Thanks for your help!!!

Incorrect State W/h amt on W2
While compiling our W-2's I have discovered a problem. Apparently, I incorrectly voided a payroll check by voiding it through Accounts Payable instead of the payroll module. There is no posted transaction for this check. So, all my amounts for that employee are off because according to payroll she r...

Transfering Contributions Funds
I realize this should be easy, but I'm just not seeing it...
I need to "transfer" $20 from a memorial fund (521) to our normal income fund (400). Both of these funds close to the same bank account, but how do I make this show up right in my Funds Report?
Thanks!

Re: cannot access calendar or graphs with 11.5 upgrade
I'm still having trouble
When I go to sync the calendar, I get the following error message:
PROGRAM: dorequest
LINE: 258
ERROR: 1429
MESSAGE: OLE dispatch exception code 0 from msxml3.dll: the parameter is incorrect
Can you tell me how to correct this?

Re: cannot access calendar or graphs with 11.5 upgrade
When I click on the event calendar, it pulls up a box to "Locate codejo~ocx: Then when I hit cancel (because none of the options get me anywhere, even if I back out and find the right file in programfiles/commonfiles/powerchurch/etc) it pops up a message that says: PROGRAM: FRM_EVCALENDAR.ADDCALENDA...

cannot access calendar or graphs with 11.5 upgrade
We just installed PC+ version 11.5. I cannot access the calendar or any graphs. I get an error message every time, and it pops up a screen to search for the location of the folder. Is anyone else having this problem, or did something go wrong in the installation?
