Payroll check stub
A payroll check was printed, posted and distributed to the employee with the incorrect pay period. The check has been deposited into the employee's checking account. How can this be corrected? Plus, the employee is buying a house and the lender wants the check stub corrected. How can this be correct...

Is there a way to not print the suffix (Jr., Sr., etc.) when choosing the preferred name layout?

Hi,
I reversed a contribution that had been posted to FA. As it was supposed to do, a reversal was created and is in unposted contributions. I've discovered that the reversal was not needed. The reversal has not been posted to FA. How can this be remedied?

Hi, A check was posted in contributions but, I cannot find where it posted to Fund Accounting. Do I reverse it in Contributions and reenter it?

A contributor would like to send a check to the church once a month and the amount be split between 2 different funds. He would like as few counters to see this as possible. Is it possible to designate 2 funds in repeating contributions? Would there be 2 entries for one check? When the check arrives...

Just discovered a pass-through contribution was not linked to an account when the fund number was created. This happened 7 months, ago. What account would it have been posted to? I cannot track it.

Apparently the person running the payroll module ran an employee through the payroll twice and printed once using the same check number. Payroll was posted in the payroll module but not in Fund Accounting. I assume in FA I just go into Modify Unposted Transactions and delete one of the checks. How d...

contribution posted to wrong envelope number
A contribution was posted to the wrong envelope number. It was posted to the correct designated fund. This was not discovered until after contributions was posted to FA. How can I correct this?
