Thanks for the info.
I have no experience in accounting.
In the description of these classes, it assumes one has basic knowledge of accounting procedures.
So that leaves me out for sure.

OK all done thanks so much for your help! I now have 3 funds all with the correct totals on my balance sheet Glad to be of some help. Neil, You seem to have a lot of knowledge about PCP and accounting. Would you be willing to "walk" me through various things on this system? I just became the church...

I'm looking for a list that would have all funds listed and show how much was given to that fund.
I need one that shows that info on a monthly basis and one that could be for each quarter of the year.

Contribution Reports/Quarterly

Is there a way to generate a contribution report that will show the following:
a list of ALL the funds whether there were contributions made or not for that quarter.
a list which shows contributions for each quarter in the current year (again listing all funds including 0 zero contributions).

using decimal points

Actual contributions show up with $0.00 format.
The monthly contributions totals report rounds all numbers to a whole number.
How do I change it to use 2 decimal points?
