Yes, I have set that up in sys setup, tested it and made a successful connection.

Hi, I didn't see this issue previously posted. When I attempt to email (html) all contribution statements (~75), nothing gets sent. The report is blank. However, when I email (html) an individual statement, it's sent right away and includes the donor/envelope # on the report. What am I doing wrong? ...

Yes, that's exactly what it's showing. When I view personal profiles, their donations are listed under the contributions tab. I just can't seem to get the totals on the statements.

I'm only using the contributions module.

I'm greatly in need of assistance.

All of the contributions are posted. However, when I go to generate contribution statements, they ALL generate as $0.00.

I have double checked the dates and they are for calendar year 2013.

Jeff: Yes, that's what I'm trying to avoid. Convincing this congregation that they've "always" done it wrong, is proving to be challenging. Looking for ways to mitigate the risk in the short term until I can influence them otherwise...
