I have version 12 and have selected to have better quality pictures in the directory. When I create the directory, the pictures are clear and fine. But when saving the file to pdf and emailing it to members, the pictures are not so fine. When zooming in just a little, they are blotchy and pixilated....

Thank you both for your responses. I take it that I cannot just increase her year end giving statement since the cash did not come directly to church.
And that I either need to reimburse her and wait for her donation or send her an acknowledgment letter.

We currently use Vanco for our on-line church donations. I have been noticing that Donations to Vanco fund 0022 (Camp Arrowood have been imported as PC fund 1 (General) in unposted contributions rather than PC fund 22 (Camp Arrowood). I bought a check reader to replace our old Magtek reader.
The new USB MicrSafe reader tested fine in word and note pad but not in Power Church.
When I run a check through the reader, PC reports that it could not scan the check.
Any thoughts on how I can remedy this?
