We are new to PC+ in 2026 using v. 15. We have keyed contributions by donor since 1/1/26 and funds reports and contribution statements look fine. We have contributions module setup to POST TO FUND ACCTG and have not messed with this setting since intial setup. However, none of the contributions have...

Re: Check printing

Thanks. I will try the database manager route tonight. Deleting and reinstalling printer drivers did NOT work. Appreciate this new option. I will let you know.

New profiles list

Is there a way to view a report showing individuals added to the personal profiles since a certain date? We are trying to send a communication to all those who have been our guests since a certain date this year and I cannot find a report to give me those names. I know the Family Mailing List keeps ...

Half year budgeting

During COVID I opted to operate on a 6 month budget rather than full year due to the uncertainty in planning and giving during the pandemic. We currently have a budget in PC+ for Jan - June 2021. We are now in the process of preparing another round of 6 month budget for the July - Dec 2021 time peri...

Re: Contribution posting options

Neil - I have done the Fund Acctg setup and have dr and cr accounts for all Contr Funds used. However, I am trying to post to Fund Accounting the contributions that were previously only posted to the contribution module. When I did a test contribution in the current month, it rolled up to Fund Acctg...

Contribution posting options

Our church is trying to start using Fund Accounting after just using Contributions module. The Contributions Setup shows Post Contributions to: UPDATE FUND ACCCOUNTING. However, when I use the Contributions module to key and post a contribution, the only posting option is POST TO CONTRIBUTIONS MODUL...

CARES Act Employer Payroll Taxes

Just noticed that the employer portion of our payroll taxes (SS and Medicare) have been excluded from the non-clergy paychecks for the month of March. I know the CARES act offered deferral on these taxes. However, the act also does not allow a deferral if you will benefit from the Paycheck Protectio...

Re: CARES PPP Payroll Reports

I applied for the PPP using similar reports: Wage and Hour, Account Activity for Retirement and Health Insurance Premiums paid by the church. I did not include (as our bank did not ask for it) 941's as they exclude housing allowance from Box 1 and so far the CARES Act does not specifically exclude H...

Re: KidCheck Children's Check In security system

Neil - Our main objections to purchasing the PC+ Check in system are: PC system cannot text/message parents directly from the system to the parent's cell phone. We want to avoid individual workers/teachers texting from their own phones PC+ not compatible with Apple IOS for using IPAD for check in ki...

KidCheck Children's Check In security system

We are considering KidCheck as our children's security checkin system. Unfortunately, they do not integrate with PowerChurch meaning we cannot upload the attendance/checkin data to powerchurch. They said it's because PowerChurch "has to be available and set up to have that open API ability." Wonderi...
