Thanks Neil and Zorak.
Your answers helped point me to the problem, the windows update had wiped out the PDF reader and I hadn't needed it yet!
I missed the message in PC last night, when running the 941 (that a PDF reader was missing).
I reinstalled and set up Adobe and all is good.

Re: 2019 941 Quarterly
I'm at my paying job now... and my computer is at home. I confirmed last night that the 5/15 update was installed when it was released. I also double checked for a new update within PC and received the message that the program is up to date. O/S is Windows 10 home. I did have a significant Windows u...

2019 941 Quarterly
Version 11.55
What happened to the 941 Quarterly Tax Return?
I successfully printed the first qtr return from PC+ on April 17th.
When I print out the Quarterly Tax Return (Payroll, 941 Quarterly Tax Return), the return doesn't print now, only the data to fill in a PDF from the IRS website.

Electronic Giving Options
We've been using DWOLLA for Online Electronic giving for several years. Dwolla offered Low cost ACH transactions only. (No cards). Cost has been about 0.05% of contribution (they used to be a 25 cent transaction fee) Unfortunately, they (DWOLLA) are discontinuing this product November 1st and we nee...

Re: Negative Equity Account

What asset account was the balance of $6,000 in--the 01-1110-000 account? yes 2). What fund will be used to make the payments on the construction loan--the restri...

Re: Cash Flow Statement
I use the Cash Management Report.
I miss the ledger/check register view that Quick Books has and have found the Cash Management Report to be somewhat helpful.

Balance Sheet By Fund Report Year End Transactions
I'm using PC + version 11.55, Windows 7. I'm running year end reports. The Balance Sheet Report has an option to include year end transactions. Balance Sheet by Fund doesn't have an option to include the YE transactions. YE transactions that are posted include Depreciation and Surplus Cash from non-...

Thanks for your common sense advice!
Sometimes I try to make this harder than it needs to be.

Re: Enter New Loan for Building project
John, Thanks for confirming the accounts. You're correct - this is a loan not a donation. Interest will be paid out at payoff (within 6 months of occupancy permit). In the year that the interest is paid, I'll issue a 1099.(by Jan. 31 of the following year) I guess my concern was should the loan be i...
