I just printed a Form 941 for quarter 1 of 2012. The report heading is for 2011 year.

Is the problem with the EIN format fixed yet on the Form 2011 W3?

2011 W-3 form incorrect format of EIN. I just downloaded the 11/21/2011 maintenance release to print forms W2 and W3. Everything prints great except: On the W3 box e, the EIN comes out with two dashes so it eliminates one of the numbers. W2 works fine. It's just the form W3. It shows 11--123456 when...
