Another employee who is also percentage based works fine but is linked to a different payroll expense/category. Since the beginning of 2019, one of our employees percentage-based retirement liability has not been processing.
It worked fine through 12-31-2018.
What has changed? And how do I fix it?

I tried the fix; it did not work. I still cannot email and I am kicked out of the system when I try. The email connection test passed. I notice when I get to the final email screen that it does not give me the ability to go to NEXT, I only have PREVIOUS or FINISH available.
