We're using PowerChurch Online (the hosted version). Is there a limit to the number of children a family can have? (It appears to be 6.) If so, what do you do as a workaround for families with more than 6 children?

Called support. They suggested I uninstall and then reinstall the client. I was SURE I had already done that (although I may have just reinstalled it) but - that solved the problem! All good to go!

Problem solved. I reset the scanner to factory defaults and then set it to <CR> + <LF>. I don't know why that's what it needs, but it works, and I'm leaving it .

Also, while I don't think it matters, this is a clone MS 320 - not an original MS320 from PowerChurch. I can't imaging it matters because it works just like the MS320. FYI.

It appears that the Database Manager function is disabled for online users.
