I printed some checks for bills that were paid. When I clicked on 'post to paid items', the listed checks show a ZERO in the check amount. The checks all have their correct amount. I can't figure out what I've done differently than any other time I've printed checks. Can you help me please? Thank you

How do I include children in our church directory whose parents don't attend our church?

For purchases charged on a store account and later paid for...then some of those purchases are returned and credited to our account, how do you post a credit to that store?

I guess I'm not understanding you. This contribution is included in the whole church offering. What I've been reading in previous posts looks like it would be corrected somehow in Contributions first, before doing anything under View Posted Transactions. Probably wrong...and that's why I'm asking :)

Attendee wrote their contribution on their 'old' bank account. The check has been posted in F/A. How do I take this 'check amount' off of the total deposit and change the deposit amount to reflect this change? A charge back fee was also added, which I can put in office expense.

How do I include the Treasurer's signature on the bottom of each contribution statement? Is there a way to copy and paste it?
