I have a tax receipt that lists the summary totals, but has the "total contributions" (one liner) and authorizing signature on one page.(lots of wasted space) I would like it to fit on one page instead of two. Can that be done?

When I print off a tax receipt, it uses the full name of the person including middle name. I just want first and last. I have tried to put it in preferred, but it still prints middle, any suggestions?
