Win 7 and Win 8, Ie 8 and 9, web links not starting IE.
We installed IDS client on both a Win7 laptop and a newer Win 8 laptop. Both users will be running background checks. They can both sign on and see the BG chk links but when we click on the link it does not auto open IE to the background check website. We tested on our Secretaries Desktop and Laptop...
