I have the same issue. The content print ok in alphabetic order. For me I'd be happy in the page number was not printed.

So I assume there is no conversion tool to convert built-in reports to custom reports. So then if I have a built-in report that I just want to tweak a little bit, it must be completely rewritten from scratch? If yes, is there any circumvention at all?

Is there a way to out of the box way to create a (family) pictorial directory that will use an individuals profile picture, when the family unit only has one member. Currently Individuals are not listed. I guess individuals would be listed if their individual profile photo was also copied as the fam...
