Can someone tell me where to get or what type of forms are needed with Powechurch for W2's and 1099M? This is our first year

Why doesn't the individual contribution report show cash contributions for members? we have some who give cash in a designated envelope but those won't show up on a contribution report or an individual statement. That isn't how it should function. Is there something special about cash contributions?
