My finance committee would like a report and I don't see one like it. It would have 4 columns: #1 actual income/expenses for the period #2 budget for the period #3 actual income/expenses for the same period previous year #4 budget for the same period previous year Is there something similar to that?

I am new to the Accounting Module in PC. We have a treasurer who writes all the manual checks or pays bills online. My job is to enter the transactions in to Power Church. Can I just enter them straight into Fund Accounting or do I need to go through Accounts Payable?
