Good morning,
An employee changed her w4 mid quarter...as a result we deducted $39.00 too much for her federal tax on one check. How do I repay this to her and how do I show the correction on my quarterly 941 report? Must I complete a 941x?

I need info on entering pledges for new year version 11.1. The manual instructions differ from what I see on the screen...it says go to Contributions, choose pledges then maintain pledges. should pastor's salary be marked as taxable or non-taxable under maintain item descriptions, tax options on version 11.1 ?
when i tried it as taxable it shows correctly on the w-2, when i tried it as non-taxable it does not show on the w-2 box 1...what am i missing?

Liability Account question
I set up a liability account for a one time event to which our congregation contributed and we paid expenses for the event from this account...we now have excess funds and I want to move those funds into our general fund.
