Import PayPal Contributions
Is there a way to import contributions from PayPal without having to enter them 1 by 1? I don't know a way to do this since the import function REQUIRES (for whatever reason) an envelope number. Why it can't match them with name or email is beyond me. Thoughts?

Re: User Accounts
Excellent, thanks! For instance on the report it would say "entered by _______" that would remain? The reason I ask that is if we were to do individual logins, people rotate off every 4 years and new people come on. The system will retain the User Name as part of the original data entry, it doesn't ...

User Accounts
Should we have an individual user account for everyone who logs in? The reason I ask is this, currently we have a user called "Deacons" and all of the deacons use that to put in contributions. On reports entries show as Deacons. Would it be wise to have individual users that it would then show the e...

Re: Backup V. 9
We are going to be doing a server takedown today. The server holds PC 9 and we are removing the server, moving the files to a new computer and then sharing the folder on the network. After the server takedown we are upgrading to v. 11.5. I was trying to do a backup of all data in PC 9 the other nig...

Re: PC 11.5 via VPN
From what I can tell Hamachi creates a network, and from what I can tell that is also what Unite Does. Unite was formerlly called "Easy VPN" but it became Unite when they added new functionality. I'll give it a shot, can't hurt right? Not exactly true ... Hammachi creates a proper VPN, where the us...

Re: PC 11.5 via VPN
Ok, and if we wanted this functionality for all staff and board members we would need to upgrade Hamachi. I'm assuming Comodo Unite works the same way only free? Are you familiar with that? Ok, do you know of any VPN software that allows mapped drives? Logmein Hamachi - its a hosted VPN - but you ca...

PC 11.5 via VPN
We have one user who must work from home which doesn't merit going to PC Online. Does anyone have a VPN suggestion to make this work via mapped network Drive?
