No, we just do the checks through the State of Michigan. Just curious how often they need to be done and whether or not you need signed permission from the volunteer each time we update it.

Curious... how often are you running background checks on your volunteers? Say it's every 2 years, then do you have the volunteer fill out another form okaying the check? Thanks for any info?

Our payroll is done by direct deposit. Direct deposit could not be done in time for the employees to receive their money on the pay day, so checks were written out. I have someone who gave me their 2015 pledge & then paid it in Dec 2014. When printing out the 2015 contribution statement, how do I show that the 2015 pledge was paid? Right now it shows a pledge was made, but actual $0. How do I make this correct? Thank you!

When a Sunday falls on the last day of the month, are those funds suppose to be included in that month or because I'm posting in the next month, the current month? Hope this makes sense. So the bank deposit will be made today (Dec.), but contributions, etc are entered using the November date. Thanks...

What's the best way to correct this? When printing out 2 checks I entered the incorrect check number. I used 60161 & 60162 instead of 50161 & 50162. Caught it in my bank rec. Do I have to just void checks and re-do using the correct check numbers? Thanks!

I think I just figured out the problem. Under the PLEDGE SUMMARY on the Contribution Statements is the Pledge listed the Quarterly pledge and it also depends how the member is paying like monthly or yearly etc... I guess I just assumed it would list the Yearly Pledged Amount regardless of how the me...

Help! I've never had problems before, but when I printed the 1st quarter Contribution Statements it's not picking up the Pledged amount under Pledge Summary. I'm checking the box stating Print Pledges, but that's not happening. Any suggestions??? Thanks!
