You will need to check your regional and language settings in Windows. From the control panel select Regional and Language Options. Look at the number and currency options and make sure they show two decimal places.

Found this and it fixed it

Just installed PC on a xp machine ands in reports for un posted it is rounding the amount.

checked windows setting and it is set correct

Data is correct when u look at it in "modify unposted contributions"

registration number

load on new unit today and typed in the wrong registration number and cannot change it

That is what I was looking for and it fixed it but I forgot to make a note that the check was returned.

Also I think there should be a auto backup every time u sign on or each help should say backup, then make changes

How to handle a returned check

I am sure this has come up before I could not find any thing on it.
The ck has been posted and I am look for the best way to handle this, so down the road every thing will match up.

I would like a report of names and address that gave to a special fund, not the amount for each contributor but the total amount for the fund.

thanks , CTRL's will work it has been years sence i have used them and i had forgot to try it.
There is no way to turn on right click, It sure is easyer ?

Is there a way to search on first name only, or do I have to start a new subject

That is what I would think but i do not get that opition, is there any thing that will turn it off?

I can got to other programs and copy but when i come back to paste it will not work

I would like to paste to members info like phone no's , addresses. and emai addresses. Am i milling something that prevents me from doing this??

You cannot just delete the wrong info and repost the correct info, looks like that would be the easy way
