NeilZ,
Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! That solved the problem. We just unchecked the box for "Print extra listing for spouses with different last names" and the incorrect entry for the Church Directory disappeared from the report. We never would have figured that out. Thanks again. Phil N

Church directory problem
I have an entry showing up in the church directory that I cannot find a personal profile for. It has something like "Smith, Jane - see Anderson, Holly." I need to delete it but cannot find where it is to delete it. I would think there would have to be a Personal Profile with this information in it b...

Read only message
Church Administrative Assistant is getting "Read only" message when she tries to change information in the Membership, Personal Profiles fields, although she has been able to change them in the past. I cannot find a setting in PowerChurch Plus where her access has been changed to Read Only. Any sugg...

Re: MSVCR71.dll missing from your computer
From a similar post I saw that I needed to secure the CD sent to the church when we initially purchased PowerChurch Plus, install PowerChurch with the CD then run the latest Maintenance Release. Which I did, problem solved.

MSVCR71.dll missing from your computer
I had to do a clean install of Windows 10 version 1607. So, I had no PowerChurch Plus software on this laptop, after the clean install. When I tried downloading the latest version of PowerChurch Plus, I received this message: pcplus115.exe System error The program can't start because MSVCR71.dll is ...

Manually entering prior year figures
Since this will be our first year to use PowerChurch Plus, is there any way to enter prior year figures manually for comparison reporting purposes? Thanks, PWN.

Re: Accounting Setup
Amazing, Matt! You were right! I went to the List of Donor Restrictions and there were the accounts I was trying to delete from Fund 01. I deleted them from the Donor Restriction List and then was able to delete them from Fund 01. Thanks, PWN.

Re: Accounting Setup
JohnD, thanks for the suggestions, but all of the income accounts that were set up initially as restricted income have "close to 01-3110-000" on the Detail tab. Also, I have not posted any transactions so far, just been working on setting up Chart of Accounts. I will appreciate any other ideas. PWN

Accounting Setup
Is it true that under the Accounting Setup Options, on the Fund Accounting tab, you do not have the option to select "Use release accounts" for one Fund but not another? I have decided I need two Funds, 01 & 02. I need release accounts for 02 but not for 01. Is it also true that under the Accounting...

Omitting accounts from income statement
Is there any way to have accounts omitted from the predefined, ready-to-run Income and Expense Statement? We have two checking accounts. One is associated with the general operating budget of the church. The other is associated with what we call Special In-House Accounts that are for various purpose...

Re: Posting contributions to 2 checking accounts
Thanks, NeilZ. I made a backup of my information, then posted the contributions and saw the amounts entered were debited to each of the separate checking accounts. It would be great if the Unposted Contributions Report had a total for each checking account being debited. Thanks for the help, FPC Lan...

Posting contributions to 2 checking accounts
Can you post contributions to 2 checking accounts in one fund or do you need to have a separate fund for each checking account to which to post contributions? I have fund 01 but have some contributions that need to be posted to checking account 01-1110-000 and some that need to be posted to checking...
