OK, thanks, that works for modifying them. It looks like it doesn't work for assigning numbers to people who don't have them, right? I would have to give people a fake number when they're entered for the first time, which she could then modify to the correct number when she assigns it.

OK, sounds like there might be an issue with the auto-complete data file. The first thing you can do is just reindex. Go to Utilities > Reindex. Choose to reindex all files. If that doesn't help the problem, you can disable the auto-complete functionality altogether. Go to File > Preferences > User...

Oddly enough, we have seen problems in the past when the program directory (\pcplus115\) is shared and mapped, rather than the parent (\powerchurch\).
