Turn off prompt
Is there a way to turn off the prompt for, "This transaction is in balance. Would you like to save it now?" This occurs every time a transaction is in balance, not when I am trying to navigate away from the transaction. So every time I am attempting to enter notes on a transaction, after entering th...

Re: Using Ctrl+V paste causes computer lock-up
My guess would be either a RAM or video card issue. Really just a guess, though. I can't think of anything programmatically that could make your computer do that from using the Windows clipboard. Thank you, that was my first thought as well. I think that the video card may be on it's way out. It co...

Using Ctrl+V paste causes computer lock-up
I have been using the 'Control V' paste for years, but suddenly it seems to cause the whole computer to lock up when I try to paste text into a new invoice. I am usually fine pasting in the upper portion, but when it comes down to the line description it seems to bug out. I've done the simple things...

Re: Case-sensitive sorting
Thank you for addressing the issue. I do my best to be consistent, but I'm not the only person that does the entries. I'll be so happy that it will be changed, thank you!

Re: Case-sensitive sorting
That is what I was afraid of, but with more than one person doing input it doesn't always come out exactly the same.
I suppose my next question is: How can I change a previous entry so that the case matches?
Thank you,
Kathleen

Case-sensitive sorting
I was wondering if there was a way to override the case-sensitive sorting. For instance when I view posted transactions and am looking for ACME Co it shows up in a different area of the list than Acme Co.
Thank you.
Thank you.

Federal W/H not printing on pay stubs
For some reason the Federal Withholding is not printing out on our pay stubs. We upgraded to PC 11.55, and are still setting up the software and adding accounts. The only item descriptions currently printing on the pay stubs: Wages Health Insurance Employee SSI Employee Medicare Check Amount I read ...

New fund or new account?
I am trying to set up the new software to handle various types of contributions. For instance, if someone contributes $100 and has allotted it as follows: $50 for General, $25 for Benevolent and $25 to overseas missions. We have a separate checking account for the Benevolent fund, but it will be ini...
