Good morning,

IF at all possible, is there a way to find a payment by check number?

I have a parishioner who is telling me that he has a cancelled check for the March stewardship donations, however, I cannot find it at all.

Is there a way to find where that check was posted??

I'm trying to print out a report for all the children in our church who were born in the years 1998-now.

I don't know what I'm doing wrong but my report keeps missing some of the kids

Is there a way I can print out a report that shows how many people paid by Credit Card?

We have recently started accepting credit cards as a form of payment and it would be cool to have
a report to show that this service is being utilized.

I have noticed that some contributions that I posted, and they do show up in the statement, are not being applied to the fund they are allocated for.

I do not see anything.. I wish I could cut and paste what I'm looking at!

For some reason it did not post to the account..even though everything else I entered today did. I'm not in Power Church but there is in reports an option to see unposted contributions. I did that..saw the contribution and had it allocated to the correct envelope.. In regards to my original question...

I had a brain freeze

I'm wondering if there is a glitch in my system or if I'm doing something wrong.. Today, I entered a contribution for 2014 in the correct fund, with the correct year, I have the posting in front of me..it shows in PC but the money that is "posted" does not show up as a credit to the correct fund. ie...

I did all the above..
It only shows the amounts that are valid however when I process a Pledge and Contribution statement
it shows that he paid 4000 for year 2014 when he actually paid 2000

IN all the other reports it shows 2000.00
