For completeness, I spoke with Tech Support this morning. They were able to register the appropriate Crystal Reports components. The viewer function is now working properly. My thanks to Tech Support for a quick and effective response.

Sorry for the confusion. I cannot view the reports on the monitor. If I choose the option to print the report and bypass the "screen preview" option, then I can get the report.
