Neil - if I go back to the first reconciliation, there is a large to balance. Is this figure for the month I'm looking at or the total amount to balance throughout the coming months?

I'm happy to report that tech support was able to correct this after 1-1/2 hrs.

DB 02-5200-000 checking $1000
CR 02-9210-000 transfer-in $1000

Looking at using the check in system, When an individual is checked in, does this show the person as present in attendance where now data entry has to be done. Or is completely separate system primarily for security? Thank you.

Can a corrected entry be made for a closed month? What effect does this have?

Also, if a check is voided and corrections are posted after reconciliation has been completed, what effect does it have on the reconciliation.
