Questions on Equity
I am trying to clean-up the Chart of Accounts that was set up by our previous bookkeeper. I don’t quite understand how PowerChurch (PC) uses Equity. Our Treasurer manually moves temporary restricted income into the correct bank funds on a weekly basis. So, do I need to keep any Equity accoun...

I have several different Vendor Records which all have a history of checks made to them in prior and closed years. I would like to combine vendor records. For example, I have various computer vendors which we pay monthly. Currently these are different Vendor IDs. I would love to combine these Vendor...

Re: Data into Excel
I didn’t find what I wanted using any of the Payroll system reports. I ended up using “Selected Payroll Data” and downloaded December 2016 payroll information to excel. After deleting the headers/footers in excel, I looked at the criteria Item-number=0 and amount=0. This gave me the data that I want...

Data into Excel
I'm not sure if I'm in the correct area or not... I am trying to run a system report and put the data into excel without all the report headers and footers. Currently, I run the system report, and then save it to an excel spreadsheet. The system puts the data into excel, including headers/footers. T...

PowerChurch Recommendations
For the past few months, I have been making recommendations to PowerChurch on improvements in reports and online screens. Is there any way for me to find out if any of these suggestions have been evaluated and coming up in a future release? Will I be notified or is there a way for me to track my sug...

Re: Direct Deposit Service Provider
Our bank doesn't take CSV or NACHA files. So, we need to use a third party vendor if we are going to use direct deposit with our current bank. Does anyone have any recommendations for third party vendors? Any help would be appreciated! THANKS!!!
