Neil I have done what you mentioned. I do not have include in membership reports checked. But that is unchecked on all the names that are currently checked. I want to print a report of Deceased members beginning 01-01-2000 to present. It isn't picking up all the people I know should be on the list. ...

I want to print a report of Deceased members beginning 01-01-2000 to present. It isn't picking up all the people I know should be on the list. It picks up a person from Jan, 2015 but not Dec, 2014 or not two from this week. I have checked that they are marked "deceased". Why isn't the report complete?

Neil - Thanks for the reply - my problem is I just don't want a couple of the alternate not to be in this years directory (not photo directory) - just addresses, emails, phone #. So there are just two alternate addresses I don't want to print. I uncheck them on their own page but that unchecks the a...
