I made members inactive but I still need to find them to get additional information for a church report. They do not show up on Locate list --- what is easiest way to find them again?

I am on Windows 365
my version of PowerChurch is 11.55

I am not getting any "error" message it's just that the names are not appearing on the Attendance Register Form

Include in Membership Module Reports IS checked ...

I have added a few new families to our database but when I run the Attendance Register they are not showing up. I have compared their record to others that DO show up and they look the same. What am I doing wrong??

I ran the contributions statement for 2016 for our members - the "actual" does not seem to be matching what was actually paid -- I am new to the church and previous employee set up this .... how do I look at what figures are actually being drawn into this report? Appreciate any help as we need to ge...

Ever since the last update, my quick links are not working - saying page not found

membership / print mailing labels

selected TAGGED - OK - custom label setting - OK

I did not set up the original report so do not know about filters - where to look at ?? but yes do have include in mailouts etc checked

I print labels for mailing out our Newsletter --- the report is to print labels only for those TAGGED ... I have tagged a member but it will will not show up on a label??

Is PowerChurch Software compatible with Windows 10?

Is there a way to protect a report that has been run (i.e., the contributions received and deposited) so that no changes can be made once done?
