Re: Report Heading
Hello! I notice that when I print my PC reports front to back the report heading gets cut off. If I print on one side on the paper, it doesn't do that. I already tried changing the margins. Is there a different setting in PC that I can change to keep this from happening or is this a printer setting...

Re: General Question about networking
Hello! Please humor me with the question I am about to ask, because I don't know much about how all this works. I am needing to travel this week, and wanting to work on PowerChurch. I have a desktop version of Power Church (which was started on my desktop computer) that is networked to a laptop. Ca...

Re: Networking Help

Just wanted to let you know that I got the problem resolved, but through it I found an error in the instructions you sent. Step 7 tells you to got back to the de...

Re: Networking Help
I don't have My Network Place or Network Neighborhood. Do I need to download one of these or do I just need to do something under the computers network settings?

Re: Networking Help
I was able to get to #3 on the mapping instructions you sent for PowerChurch, but realized we don't have a server connection. We are sharing through a homegroup connection. There are no cords connecting them, so I am assuming it is done through our wi-fi connection. Does that make a difference? Do I...

Networking Help
I have two computers that are networked together. I am able to see the Power Church shortcut in the shared file and to open it, but it doesn't show any of my data from my computer. I was reading another post that mentioned something about mapping the Power Church programs together. I didn't do that ...

Re: Allocating funds within the Budget
Forgive my ignorance, I am new to accounting and Powerchurch accounting. Right now, our church is not using an accounting program. We use excel spreadsheets to work with our budget and bank ledgers. Each week we designate money into each of our budget accounts to make sure we have money set aside fo...

Allocating funds within the Budget
I just upgraded to PowerChurch Plus 11.5. I am new to the accounting area of this program and reading the manual did not seem to answer my question. Once I set up the Budget for our church, can I show income and expenses into the budgeted account? For example, I want to set $25 a week to go towards ...

They had to remotely look at my computer. They found a file was missing to operate the custom report function. I will be taking to my boss about an upgrade. Thank you for your help.

Re: Custom Report Error message
I ended up calling tech support. I tried restarting the program and the computer to no avail. Tech support is looking at it now and hopefully can figure out what is going on. Thank you for your reply!
