I need to figure out how much was contributed to two separate funds per week for the past year (Year to date). Is there a report in contributions (or fund accounting income) that would do this easily? I.E. I want to know how much we brought in for tithes each week and how much we brought in for miss...

Welp, restarting PC Online worked! It's now back up and running.

Normally I save working backups to a folder directly on my local solid state drive, my C:. PowerChurch online normally sees this drive as M: and I am able to save my backups to M:\Power Church Backups\Working\ however this is no longer an option. I am talking about manual checks. Since we enter them once a week we need to compare what has already been posted to what needs to be entered. So we compare our bank register to the paid items.

I know that sometimes the pros at PowerChurch Software read this forum... is there any chance I could sweet talk you guy's into adding a sort by date option for the Selected Paid Item report? It would help us a lot when entering transactions manually and comparing to bank records. Thanks!

Yeah, I have those set up. I was just wondering if power church thinks 01-1110-00 is a different bank account from MS-1110-00, or if it knows they are the same bank account. Does that make sense?

When posting Contributions we used to only updated the contributions module, now we that we are using the fund accounting module as well is there any way to change the default "How do you want to post these contributions" option from "Only update the contribution module" to "Update Fund accounting"?...

If the account is inactive that mean I can't interact with it? I don't want to accidentally interact with the wrong account.

Ok, so I am setting up my new funds, things are going well. How do I transfer an account from one fund to another. For example, I have a church van asset account, I want to transfer that account (or the details thierin) to the AS fund I have just set up, how would I do that?
