The fiscal year ended 7/31/17. There was a surplus which the Director wants to spend out of but since it's now a new fiscal year, how should it be recorded in PC 11.5. Do we go back to 7/17 and record in the old fiscal year or just record in the new year and document.

transfer via on line banking. two comments?
1 - I thought the pc transfer entry had to be used since there are two separate funds involved.???
2 - don't I have to record the expense for fund 02 since that is where the expense occurred as 01 was reimbursed???

yes, according to the lookback period but the amount we owe due to my error is 500+. So what do I do so the employee won't have to pay, The church is willing to assume liability.

O.K. I must not have set something correctly. Line 10 on the 941 and schedule b do not match. I found the error but don't want to penalize the employee for a mistake I made. How can I correct this with an adjustment without affecting the employee's payroll and so the 941 will be correct. Thanks.

On the maintain item descriptions. when setting up housing allowance under tax options, housing allowance is a selection; however beside tax options, housing allowance is also listed. Are both of them supposed to be selected.
