Is there a way to pull a report listing those who have pledged for the first time ever? ...Similar to the first time contributor report.
Thanks for any help!

Visitors Report - Error?
When running the visitor's report for this Sunday, I had a dialog box pop up that I've never seen before. The box is entitled "OLE DB (ADO). It instructs me to "Provide the necessary information to log on to the chose data source." There are four fields, the first is filled in and labeled Data Sourc...

Re: VANCO Pledge Page
Neil, Thanks for that idea! I am the webmaster as well, so we will definitely go that route next year! I still am frustrated by the amount of time I worked with VANCO to get that page set up the way we needed it, only to find out it is collecting data I can't access. I'm a one person staff for all o...

Wrong Format of Names Pulled for Reports etc.
Hello all.
Powerchurch is consistently pulling first names, not preferred names, and not mailing names, for all my reports and statements. I have "use preferred name" checked in the needed records. I have the correct format in their mailing name and household key.
What am I missing?

Re: VANCO Pledge Page
That's what I was afraid of. For our purpose, it makes the pledge page at best, worthless, at worst, a nightmare because we "lose" pledges and have inaccurate budgeting figuring.
Sigh.
Sigh.

VANCO Pledge Page
Hello all. I've just gotten off the phone with VANCO and they're telling me that my pledge page will not import pledges into PowerChurch, only actual donations. I did find the 2015 post here on this forum saying we needed two account #s to pull info from the giving and pledge page, but this doesn't ...

Re: Check Reader Issue
For anyone who might have the same issue in the future, this MICR check reader will not work with a Windows 64 bit system.

Re: Check Reader Issue
I have a call in with them. And to cover my bases, I've already started a return request with Amazon. It could be that this reader is just too old of a model. At one point, PowerChurch was telling Online users that they had to download MICRsend to use this model. But that software is no longer avail...

Re: Check Reader Issue
Here are the results using MICRbase. Under Comm Setup, communication tests fail using the Wedge or USB KB options. >>Wedge Communication test failed. Can't open keyboard port >>USB KB Communication test failed. Cannot open USB Port. >>Reset USBKB Port USB KB device connection failed! When set to RS2...

Re: Check Reader Issue
I just reinstalled the driver. It was the version I originally used, so no change.

Check Reader Issue
Hello all. We've purchased a MiniMICR USB #22523003 check reader. Using MICRBase, it autodetects as a RS232 and passes the communication test. I've changed the format to 3100 and changed the baud rate to 9600 as directed. I have uploaded the configuration. PowerChurch senses there is a reader when I...

Posting donations to an unlinked Contributions Fund...
Hello. For the sake of work flow and accountability, there are two of us handling the church's finances. I handle contributions and our treasurer handles the accounting. We are on our first month of using PowerChurch so we are still setting up funds as we go. Since I handle the incoming funds, I set...

That's good to hear! Will this be a feature of PowerChurch Online as well?

Tracking Attendance Numbers
Looking for verification...there is nowhere in PowerChurch where we can track total counts for our services? We use pew pads, will soon change to cards, but we never, NEVER, get everyone to sign in. I've done a bit of searching through the forums and the answer seems to be that, no, PowerChurch will...
