Re: Mass update Member status
Another thing I saw mentioned was an "auto status update" based on attendance/contributions! Where the user can select and date (ex. 12 months) and anyone who's inactivity hits that custom time frame automatically has their personal status updated to a one of the many status options (ex. non-member ...

Re: Mass update Member status
Yes! This "personal status mass update" would be amazing! I am in the same boat... I have printed the inactive profiles and have 30 pages of profiles to change the status of now.

Sorry for just now getting back to you, this has been a crazy month. Yes, I have ensured there are no duplicate personal profiles.

Re: Absentee Report - Duplicate Absentees
Ok, I selected "run separate reports for each activity" and in the resulting reports I check the normally duplicated names, which appeared on 2 of the 3 separate reports, against another name which is not a duplicate, but also appeared on 2 of the 3 separate reports. So in short, whether the member...

Absentee Report - Duplicate Absentees
Hello, I have searched the forums for an answer to my question, since I believe it is a simple fix, but have found no mention of the issue. When I run the "Absentee Report" I enter the following parameters: ********************************************************* Dates: 04/29/2019 to: 05/07/2019 Ac...

Re: Week Start Day
Neil,
Thank you. Unfortunately, that does not change the dates contained in "last week" for reports. Our church office generally runs reports on Tuesdays, therefore using a Wednesday through Sunday week. Is there a way to suggest a feature/options such as this to PowerChurch for the next update?

Week Start Day
Is there a setting in PowerChurch that allows the user to select which day the week starts on? Specifically, I am wanting to run absentee reports using the "last week" date, but want the week to be from Monday through Sunday rather than from Sunday through Saturday. I know I can choose date range, b...

Mass Delete Profiles
I am taking over the attendance and realize that our database has not had anyone deleted in years! How can I mass delete profiles of people who have not attended in say 12 months, or 2 years? There are thousands of records and I don't want to have to delete each profile individually. Powerchurch ver...

Re: Excusing People
If you have multiple services happening simultaneously, is there a way to automatically excuse people who are present in one service, from attending another service. For instance, I would like to excuse from the adult service, any person who is marked present in a children's service. I cannot simpl...

Activity Attendance Report vs Activity Statistics
I am trying to get a list of all people who were present/absent/excused from a certain service. I thought that the Activity Statistics Detail report and the Activity Attendance Report would be identical. I thought they would both have a comprehensive list of people assigned to that activity and list...

Consecutive Absentee Reports
We need a list of people who have been missing from the church for 3 consecutive weeks. The problem is that there seems to be no way of running this report across the board. For example: a couple comes to a Wednesday night activity every week but not Sunday services. They come to Sunday Services 1 w...
