We are still on Version 12.2 and we post to Contributions but before our volunteer enters donations I post everything to Accounting.

We just re-entered a few of the missing contributions and ran another report -- they STILL did not show up!

Our previous Treasurer **never** balanced (reconciled) our General Fund account with a single bank statement. Not one! How do I begin this process? How far back do I go? I have the nagging feeling it would be simpler to zero out all the accounts at the end of the year and just start over from scratch.

My understanding is that I have to delete the original (posted) transaction; change the working month, then re-post it with the correct account number used ... but I can't find in my manual where or how to delete a posted transaction.
