So, I would also use this if I am cleaning up fund balances that are reported incorrectly?

We have one checking account and multiple funds.

I am confused when to use the Transfer Account numbers (9000 accts) and how the entries are to be done. Please give scenario and detail transactions, please.

Under the Contributions tab:

Building Fund is 13
Checking DR 13-1110-000
Income Acct CR 13-4030-000

By using the Contributions module for this "deposit", these are the entries that will be made. This setup is good? Then, when I write a check, CR cash and DR expense. Good?

One checking account for all funds, except Savings is separate account. I do not have the CD at home.
