There is no retirement or housing. I thought maybe there was a button to click or something of that nature to deactivate an employee but just not selecting him during a payroll run is easy enough.

Reverse a transaction
I just reconciled our escrow account and found two entries for one transaction. Can I just reverse one transaction to clear this up or is there more to it than that? There is no outstanding balance, just the one outstanding debit to the account.

How do you temporarily deactivate an employee?
I need to temporarily deactivate the pastor as an employee. He has temporarily volunteered not to take a salary. How do you do that?
