Thank you so much! That's what I assumed but my co-worker said she thought it was the other way (3.30) for thirty minutes.

I have not been able to find the answer to hour to enter a person's normal working hours when they only work 3-1/2 hours in order to pay them correctly. Would it be 3.5 x $10 or 3.3 x $10.
