I have an HP printer but I can not get the Printed Checks to print consecutively. I can print one check at a time. Is there something to change in power church because I have checked everything on the end of the printer?

I have version 11 and seem to have an issue with voiding checks sometimes. The check is showing up in account activity, vendor activity, check register and bank reconciliation but when I try to void it, pc says it can't find a check with that number. Has this happened to anyone else?
